Alford Focal Point and Libray can be found in the heart of Alford at 6 South Market Place, Alford. The team of dedicated volunteers strives to keep an active and vibrant library in the centre of Alford when so many small towns have lost theirs.

A wide range of local and tourist information is also available along with a well-stocked computer suite, should you need to access information online.

There is also a  popular children's Library, with a selection of toys and comfy seating to encourage you and your child to engage and lose yourselves in the magical world of storytelling.

Joining the Library has never been easier; come along with your ID and proof of address and enjoy all the benefits of library membership.

If you can spare a few hours a week to volunteer at the Library, please call in. It is a great way to make new friends, keep active, and preserve a beneficial resource for all ages.
